1. Course Registration

      • All registrations are subject to ARiMI’s approval. Upon submission of the registration form, a seat is reserved and will be counted towards the course confirmation process.
      • Registrations will be processed upon receipt, and the cancellation policy will apply immediately, regardless of whether the course has been confirmed.
      • Once the course is confirmed, registrants will receive an invoice and payment details between 5 to 10 working days before the course commences.
      • ARiMI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any registration without liability.

2. Attendance Requirements

      • Registrants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
      • A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to those who achieve at least 75% attendance.
      • ARiMI does not offer refunds, substitutions, or make-up sessions for missed classes under any circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Course Fees
      • Course fees must be paid in full upon issuance of the invoice, which will be sent once the course is confirmed to commence.
3.2. Self-Paid Registrants
      • Payment must be made within 3 days from the invoice date or before the course commences, whichever is earlier.
      • Failure to make payment by the stipulated deadline does not absolve registrants from full financial liability for the course fee.
      • All payments must be made personally and not through company accounts.
3.3. Company-Sponsored Registrants
      • Payment must be made within 10 working days from the invoice date.
      • If payment cannot be completed before the course begins, the designated billing contact must acknowledge receipt of the invoice.
      • The sponsoring company must provide a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) confirming the commitment to payment.
3.4. Acceptable Payment Methods
      • Credit Card (via secure global online payment gateway)
      • F.A.S.T. (Fast and Secure Transfers)
      • GIRO
      • PayNow
      • Telegraphic Transfer (S$30 bank processing fee applies)

4. Course Cancellation & Postponement

      • No postponement or deferment requests will be entertained.
      • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to enrol@arimi.org.
      • The following cancellation charges apply:
        • Less than 45 days before course start date: 50% of course fees
        • Less than 15 days before course start date: 100% of course fees
      • Registrant substitutions are permitted only upon written request to enrol@arimi.org.

5. Refund Policy & Missed Sessions

      • No refunds or replacements will be provided for missed sessions, regardless of the reason.

6. Liability & Insurance

      • Registrants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment for online participation.
      • ARiMI assumes no liability for technical issues, interruptions, or connectivity problems that may affect participation in live online or self-paced online courses.
      • Registrants must secure appropriate insurance coverage for any potential costs, liabilities, or losses arising from their participation.
      • ARiMI shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to course/module cancellations, changes, or modifications resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
      • For Live Online sessions, registrants must ensure:
        • A stable internet connection
        • A pre-session connection test
        • The use of a headset with an external microphone (strongly recommended)
        • Mandatory video participation in all Live Online sessions

7. Discounts & Grants

      • Registrants are entitled to only one discount or grant category per registration.
      • Early bird rates, discounts, and grants cannot be combined.
      • Discounts apply only to course fees and do not extend to any additional charges.

8. Copyright & Recording Policy

      • All course materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from ARiMI.
      • Registrants are strictly prohibited from sharing course materials with non-registrants.
      • Photography, audio, and video recording by registrants are expressly forbidden.
      • ARiMI retains all rights to official recordings and reserves the right to use them for promotional or educational purposes.
